The personal details used to produce the e+ card will be held in a Council database.
These details are processed in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and are confidential to the Council or its contractors and shall not be made available to any third party without obtaining the cardholder's explicit permission.
By applying, you understand that providing false information may be a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006.
The information provided for your e+ card application will be used for statistical and concessionary purposes and to help plan and improve e+ services. Information may be shared with other public sector organisations where it is required by law.

Incomplete applications will be deleted following a 60 day period from commencement of your application. You are therefore advised to complete your application with 60 days
