Free Bus Pass Renewal

Renew your bus pass online.

If the photo on your card is out of date, or your address has changed you cannot renew your card online. Also the following services must be arranged in person:

• Disabled bus pass
• Change of photograph
• Change of address
• Replace a damaged card
• Replace a stolen card
